Licensing

JScriptcase is licensed per domain basis. After buying the product, customer can determine the domain name(s) any time. The domain name can not be changed after license generation.

All new JScriptcase orders include one year maintenance which includes free upgrade and ticket support for one year.

You will receive the product and license by our web site. There is no physical shipment of this product.

The license is not restricted with a period of time. It is permanent and never expires.

*Unlimited domain license is restricted to a specified IP address. You can change this IP address once per year.

Renewing Software Maintenance Period

All licenses come with 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 months period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our renewal prices.

Renewing depends on your current license. For instance, if you have 5 domains license, you should get 5 domains renewing option.

Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.
