Ilerian Attachit Confluence Plugin is licensed per Confluence instance.

The Attachit license type and user count must match that of the Confluence license it is being used with. For instance, a 25 User Commercial Confluence license will require a 25 User Commercial Attachit license. This also means if the Confluence license is upgraded then the Attachit license will require upgrading to be compatiable with the upgraded Confluence license.

After buying the product, user can determine the server ID of Conflucense instance any time. You can change server ID once a year.

You will receive the product and license by our web site. There is no physical shipment of this product.

The license is not restricted with a period of time. It is permanent and never expires.

An Attachit license entitles you:

Unlimited cloud attachment
Unlimited cloud connection setup
Perpetual Attachit use
Software maintenance for 12 months - including all updates and online support

Renewing Software Maintenance Period

All non-free licenses come with 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 months period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our renewal prices.

Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.
